From opera houses and theatres to music halls, multi-purpose venues, and luxury cruise ships, we design and deliver innovative systems that bring performances to life. At our Rodange site in Luxembourg, we specialize in developing the "Computer-Aided Theatre" (C ⋅ A ⋅ T) safety control system, a state-of-the-art software, controlling the stage machinery in over 200 prestigious venues worldwide.

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance Department in Luxembourg. In this key role, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis, supporting management with high quality insights and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial information across the company or business unit.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, monitor variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Conduct detailed cost center, margin, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate accounting policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits , including reconciliations and documentation. Handling of audit and tax matters (tax audits).
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools (Excel).
  • Act as a business partner to operational teams, providing financial guidance and performance support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency andautomation in financial workflows.
  • Participate inad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects led by the CEO or Group Controlling.
  • Management of the entire finance and accounting system including cash flow management, financing, cost accounting, reporting and controlling. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports line with Group standards and LUXGAAP.
  • Knowledge of German / Austrian accounting standards and commercial law is an advantage.
  • Ongoing monitoring and coordination of financial accounting (regularity, plausibility, compliance with the provisions of the Commercial Code / Tax Law, detection of weaknesses).
  • Validation of order processing and invoicing.
  • Responsible for the execution of all types of planning according to OR 6 (business plan, budget, forecast).
  • Responsible for preparing cash flow plans and liquidity forecasts.
  • Implementation of profitability calculations.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the national financial statements.
  • Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
  • Monitoring and participation in the timely payment of all taxes and duties.
  • Design, further development and improvement of the Group-wide uniform operational processes in financial accounting and controlling.
  • Timely implementation of legal changes.
  • Completed commercial training, studies in business administration orgraduate economist with a focus on finance and accounting, tax law andcorporate management.
  • Professional experience in comparable management position inaccounting and controlling.
  • Mastery of current specialist knowledge in the areas of finance andaccounting (accounting, financial planning, cost accounting, controlling),areas of law (commercial and tax law, corporate law, fees)
  • Experience : Minimum over 10 years in financial controlling, audit, ormanagement accounting, ideally in an international or industrialenvironment.
  • Skills :
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, LUXGAAP , and financial processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent command of Excel and experience with ERP systems, extensive experience with SAP should be available.
  • Accuracy, autonomy, and an ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to interact with non-finance colleagues.
  • High level of communication and social skills. o High ability to work in a team.
  • Languages : Fluency in French and Luxembourg English required; German and / or are strong advantages. French is a must, as all laws and regulations in Luxembourg are written in French
