We are looking for a Finance Project Manager who will support us with our systems and processes in the Freenow Finance department.

Step into a pivotal role where you'll spearhead the strategic evolution of our Finance and IT systems! This is your chance to drive critical Business Central onboarding, own end-to-end project timelines, and unleash your deep project management expertise. Your daily adventures will include

• Project manage the end-to-end roll-out of Finance systems to new international subsidiaries.
• Oversee and govern the integrity of Finance Master Data within the ERP system (Business Central).
• Serve as the key liaison between Finance stakeholders and IT, translating complex accounting requirements into effective Business Central system solutions.
• Manage the technical set-up and implementation of critical CSV Ports and system interfaces.
• Drive the continuous improvement and documentation of the end-to-end accounting processes and the associated system landscape.
• Provide specialized system support for key Finance operations, including monthly group reporting, external audits, and the dunning process.

To be successful in this role

• You have a proven track record in successful IT-related project management
• You have successfully completed a degree in information technology or business administration/accounting, a combination of both is advantageous
• You have at least 4 years of experience working with Business Central in finance and IT, ideally in an international tech-company
• You have a profound knowledge of accounting
• You have an analytical mindset, good problem solving skills and are able to manage several tasks at the same time
• You are able to manage multiple stakeholders and lead stand up meetings, good communication skills
• Development and debugging knowledge will be considered as an advantage
• Fluent English is mandatory
