Job summary

Mirantus is building MIRA, an AI-powered eyecare platform connecting local screening locations with ophthalmologists across Europe. We are seeking a Finance & HR Operations Manager to run core finance and people administration reliably while contributing to growth and scalability.

You will own accounting, payroll, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle processes, working closely with management to keep the business compliant and efficient in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting, finance, payroll or HR administration.
• 1+ year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll or HR administration.
• Very structured, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Fluent German and proficient English.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping, including invoices, payments, expenses and financial documentation.
• Prepare accounting records and work with tax advisors and payroll providers.
• Manage payroll preparation and ensure salaries are processed correctly and on time.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and other HR documents.
• Own employee administration from onboarding to offboarding.
• Keep contracts, personnel files and administrative processes organized and up to date.
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day finance and HR administration.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung), ideally with a focus on accounting, finance, payroll, or HR administration
• 1+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, HR administration, or a similar operational role
• Very structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
• Hands-on and happy to solve practical problems in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent German and proficient English
