Zusammenfassung

Sungrow is seeking an HR Business Partner in Munich to act as a trusted collaborator for managers and staff. You will guide people-related decisions, manage employee relations, and oversee the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while ensuring compliance with German labor law.

The role requires fluent German and English and at least five years in an HRBP position. You will work with a multinational team, contribute to workforce planning, and support talent development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, law, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of German labor law.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities in cooperation with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
• Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the implementation and rollout of HR projects and regional HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders in a multicultural environment.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s the reason why it is essential for you to have:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within an international and fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management topics.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent German and English language skills are mandatory (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• You can commute to the Munich office at least 3 days per week.
