Sungrow Europe is seeking a Delivery Project Manager in Germany with the option to work from Munich or remotely. You will oversee inverter, MV station, and battery storage projects, ensuring contractual compliance, on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will act as the main customer liaison from PO through commissioning, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors as needed. The role requires about 5 years in relevant PM/engineering roles in PV/storage, fluency in English and

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in electrical engineering or a similar field.
• Around 5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the solar PV or Battery storage industry (EPC experience desirable).
• English and German at C1 level, other languages welcome.
• Willingness to travel and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge about battery storage is a plus.

Your mission

Hello and welcome to Your new role as our new Delivery Project Manager.

This role can be taken in Munich directly, or, Home-office based, alternatively.

• Manage the inverter, MV station and battery storage supply contract and ensuring compliance with the obligations derived from it (scope of works, delivery dates and budget) and customer satisfaction
• Main point of contact for the customer along the project, from the purchase order until the successful commissioning
• Coordinate internally subcontracted companies, the product management, sales and service team in the context of the project
• Project technical documentation management
• Accompany the customer in FAT or SAT when required

Your profile

That was exciting was it? Now your background should more or less look like this:

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineer or a similar field
• ~5 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development or project management in the solar PV or battery storage industry (candidates with experience in EPC companies are desirable).
• English and German C1, other languages always welcome
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and willingness to travel
• Strong negotiation skills and used to work on multitask and multi-project environment.
• Knowledge about battery storage is a plus
