Zusammenfassung

imes-icore GmbH mit Sitz in Eiterfeld bietet eine spannende Position als Field Service Technician. Sie betreuen Kunden vor Ort, führen Inbetriebnahmen durch, beheben Störungen und schulen Anwender im sicheren Betrieb der Dentalfräs- und CAD/CAM-Systeme.

Sie arbeiten eigenständig, planen Servicetermine, dokumentieren Arbeiten sorgfältig und arbeiten eng mit Technical Service sowie Vor-/Nachverkaufs-Teams zusammen. Reisebereitschaft ist erforderlich und bietet langfristige Perspektiven.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Industrie­mechanik.
• Reisebereitschaft ≥50% innerhalb Deutschlands bzw. weltweit auf Anfrage.
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst, Maschinentechnik oder Wartung.

Aufgaben

• Technische Unterstützung per Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail.
• Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Reparatur und Service von Dentalfräs-/CAD/CAM-Systemen beim Kunden.
• Eigenständige Fehlersuche, Diagnose und Reparatur an Maschinen und Systemkomponenten.
• Kundenschulungen zu Bedienung und Arbeitsabläufen durchführen.
• Systematische Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Servicetätigkeiten.

We are looking to hire full-time employee as soon as possible at our headquarters in Eiterfeld, for the following position:

Field Service Technician - Location Eiterfeld (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical support via phone, ticket system, and email
  • for software, hardware, or user-related questions
• Performing commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of dental milling and CAD/CAM systems at the customer’s site
• Independent fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and technical repair of machines and associated system components
• Training customers on basic operation and explaining the technical work performed
• Structured preparation, execution, and documentation of service calls
• Working closely with Technical Service and the Pre- and After-Sales Team
• Providing feedback on technical insights gathered in the field to continuously improve our products and service processes
• Independently planning and organizing service calls within the assigned service area

Profile of requirements

• Completed technical vocational training, for example in electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable qualification
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time—throughout Germany or, if desired, worldwide
• Ideally, experience in technical field service, mechanical engineering, or maintenance
• Very strong technical understanding, along with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Knowledge of CNC, milling, or CAD/CAM systems is a plus
• Willingness to thoroughly familiarize yourself with our machines, technologies, and applications and to continuously develop your skills
• Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a professional demeanor when interacting with customers
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Basic written and spoken English
• Class B driver’s license
