• Identify market potential, monitor developments in the craft sector, and uncover new sales opportunities
• Use performance indicators to monitor activities and results and manage work in a focused, goal-oriented manner
• Represent the company at trade fairs and events held by wholesalers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure an optimal customer journey
• Support craft businesses in their digital transformation and create added value for their daily operations
