Zusammenfassung

N Consulting Global is seeking an experienced EUC H&F Support specialist to act as the primary representative of the IT support team at the client office in Dresden. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and O365, support VIP users, and manage endpoints in a device-as-a-service lifecycle.

Role requires 3–4 years in EUC/HF, strong customer focus, and 100% on-site presence. You will also handle basic conference room tech and contribute to incident documentation using Snow or similar tools.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of EUC H&F Support experience.
• Primary representative of the support team at client office.
• Troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience in Concierge (VIP users) support.
• Lifecycle management of Endpoint as a Service.
• Hardware/software desktop/laptop repair and diagnostics.
• Basic conference devices/projectors/meeting room support.
• SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge and Active Directory familiarity.
• Document support activities in IT incident and request fulfillment tool (Snow preferred).
• 100% onsite – at client office.

• 3-4 years of experience in EUC H&F Support. (End User Compute - Deskside Support)
• Responsible for managing all IT requirements at the client's office while serving as the primary representative of the support team. Also provides H&F support for other technical towers, including Network and Data Center.
• Support and troubleshooting of Windows 10 & 11 Operating system, Microsoft O365 applications.
• Good customer handling skill and prior experience in Concierge (VIP Users) support
• Experience Endpoint- Device as a Service model lifecycle management
• Install, troubleshoot and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/software)
• Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices/Projectors/Meeting room facilitation.
• SCCM client end installation & troubleshooting knowledge
• Basic knowledge of Networking and Active Directory
• Must have right attitude and customer centric approach.
• Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request fulfillment tool (Preferred SNOW)
• 100% onsite - Working from our client office
