A leading global digital luxury shopping platform is seeking an ERP Service Desk Agent to provide first-level support for ERP topics based in Munich. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Informatics and at least 2 years of experience in Service Desk functions. Strong experience with MS Dynamics NAV and excellent communication skills in English are essential. This role offers up to 32 days of holiday, mobile working options, and other employee benefits.
