Position: Energy and Sustainability Manager (m/w/d)

Join us at two contrasting locations: our historic client site in Oberursel near Frankfurt, with its centuries-old industrial tradition, and our newer site in Dahlewitz near Berlin, focused on assembly and testing. These diverse environments offer a dynamic and engaging work experience.

What your daily work involves:

1. Strategic energy and sustainability management for both locations with distinct requirements and potentials.
2. Developing tailored analytical solutions for historic buildings in Oberursel and modern assembly lines in Dahlewitz.
3. Supporting teams at both sites, considering their specific processes.
4. Establishing a comprehensive, site-specific energy monitoring system.
5. Collaborating with national and international teams, energy providers, and sustainability experts.
6. Driving innovation by identifying and implementing technological solutions for both production and assembly/testing environments.

What you bring:

1. Engineering degree with a focus on energy/environment or comparable technical qualification.
2. Proven experience in energy and sustainability management, ideally across different production settings.
3. Analytical skills for evaluating complex energy data and developing optimization strategies.
4. Project management skills and budget handling experience.
5. Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 50001, energy audits, CO₂ reporting).
6. Willingness to travel between Oberursel and Dahlewitz.
