EMEA Bonding Solutions Demand Generation Specialist (m / f / *)
As the EMEA Bonding Solutions Demand Generation Specialist for the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division you will be a results‑driven marketing leader for driving targeted prospecting, demand generation, and marketing automation to accelerate growth in priority segments and New Product Introductions. This role blends strategy, digital execution, martech, and end‑user pull to deliver measurable pipeline impact across the Bonding Continuum.
We are seeking a results‑driven marketing leader to execute targeted prospecting, demand generation, and marketing automation initiatives that accelerate growth in priority segments and New Product Introductions to our key personas Design, Material and Process Engineers. This role blends strategy, digital execution, martech, and end‑user pull to drive measurable pipeline impact for our Bonding Continuum. You will work internationally with global and local marketing and sales teams to activate global marketing plans in priority markets. The role is responsible for scoping, evaluating and deploying AI‑enabled marketing and sales automation and new martech solutions to modernize team workflows and customer engagement.
Leading End User Pull campaigns towards Design, Material & Process Engineers to drive awareness, engagement, and demand resulting in pipeline and revenue generation around our Bonding Continuum across all customer journey stages. Close collaboration on Marketing plan execution and further development with global, area and local stakeholders.
Execute targeted prospecting supporting key growth segments and NPI commercialization
Lead marketing automation and lead management, ensuring strong lead‑to‑revenue alignment by improving MQL, SQL, and conversion rates
Scope, assess, and deploy AI‑driven marketing, sales automation, and martech solutions to modernize workflows and customer engagement.
