Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to own multi-brand email programs within the DTC ecommerce space. You will drive revenue through Klaviyo campaigns, optimize workflows, and ensure best-in-class deliverability across Shopify stores.

You will craft compelling copy, design mobile-first emails, and run structured A/B tests to improve metrics like CTR and RPR. Collaboration with design teams and brand managers is essential for timely launches and growth.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in email marketing for DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven results via email-attributed revenue and flow performance.

• Experience with Shopify Plus is a plus.

• Portfolio required.

• Own email revenue targets across multiple Shopify stores

• Write conversion-focused email copy, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs
• Apply PAS and AIDA direct-response frameworks to each brand's voice
• Design mobile-first emails in Klaviyo's editor or Figma
• Run and document one-variable-at-a-time A/B tests for subject lines, send times, layouts, and CTA placement
• Manage the entire email channel across multiple stores, including strategy, copy, design, and Klaviyo execution

Requirements

• 3+ years in email marketing for DTC/eCommerce with hands-on Klaviyo experience
• Proven results demonstrable through email-attributed revenue, RPR, flow performance, and deliverability improvements
• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without dropping quality or deadlines
• Strong copy and design skills
• Deliverability knowledge: sender reputation, authentication, inbox placement, and list hygiene
• Experience with Shopify Plus and the DTC stack is an advantage
• HTML/CSS for custom email templates is an advantage
• AI tools for subject lines, personalization, or workflow automation are an advantage
• Multi-brand or agency experience managing 3+ accounts with different audiences is an advantage
• Portfolio required
