Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager in Germany to own day-to-day email campaigns and automations, build flows, segment customers, and optimize performance across Omnisend and Klaviyo.

You will write compelling copy, update Shopify content, support content across channels, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to scale growth in a fast-moving ecommerce startup.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 3-5+ years of relevant ecommerce marketing experience.
• Deep, hands-on email marketing expertise and flow optimization.
• Advanced understanding of email segmentation and metrics analysis.
• Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Shopify experience and familiarity with rating/review tools and loyalty programs.
• Strong marketing copywriting skills and brand voice understanding.
• Ability to create or coordinate marketing assets independently.
• Comfortable working in a growing startup environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or a similar email marketing platform
• Shopify experience
• Experience with ratings and review tools such as Okendo or Judge.me and loyalty programs
• Amazon experience
• Strong marketing copywriting skills
• Good understanding of branding, brand voice, and product positioning
• Ability to create or coordinate marketing assets independently
• Strong problem-solving and research skills
• Ability to work with limited training
