Qualifikationen

  • System Design Projects: You lead system design projects, including architecture research, incremental improvements, partner technology implementation, and product compliance design
  • PCBA Development: You take responsibility for your own PCBA development projects from ideation to testing and mass production implementation
  • Electronics Testing: You contribute to the validation phase of PCBAs and other electronic assemblies including definition of test protocols and professional data preparation and presentation
  • Collaboration: You closely collaborate with our Software and Mechanical Engineering teams to create the best holistic solutions with a customer-focused approach
  • Department Advancement: You contribute to advancing our department’s structure, processes, and scalability
  • Documentation & Task Management: You document your technical work, manage your tasks, and share your progress transparently. You plan your projects and supervise their timelines
Your fitness level
  • Electrical Engineering Studies: You have a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent educational background
  • Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an engineer in a developer role. You understand the balance between business and technical goals
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in electronic debugging, EMC debugging, laboratory measurements, and signal processing
  • Software Development: You have experience with software development or scripting solutions to efficiently test and debug electronics
  • Further skills: You can prove knowledge of two or more of the following technologies:
  • Embedded software development (C, C++)
  • Electronics manufacturing processes and automation
  • High-speed PCB design
  • AC motor control and inverter topologies
  • EMC-optimized design & EMC-related regulatory compliance in electronics
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Design Ownership: You take ownership of one of our system components, manage its requirements and execute a first full development cycle, including release and validation
  • Design Validation: You bring your own design outputs to life by finalizing a board bring up and validation testing phase
  • Knowledge Sharing: You share your knowledge and experience of electronics design and establish new best practices in the team
  • Product Understanding: You understand EGYM’s product portfolio and technical solutions in hardware
