Overview

We are now looking for the outstanding candy e-commerce Shopify web developer*

The job market officially refers to someone like this as E-Commerce Web Developer* (Shopify). Location: Hürth. Employment type: Full-time. Start: immediately. Duration: indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Continuous optimization and maintenance of our web-based applications with a focus on usability, performance and an improved customer journey
• Design and development of user interfaces for our web solutions
• Planning, programming and implementation of test runs and quality assurance across multiple stores
• Identification and resolution of problems in the Shopify store as well as technical support and ongoing maintenance
• Creation of documentation for better collaboration with other departments

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in programming web-based technologies
• Sound knowledge in the further development and management of Shopify stores and other e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify PLUS, Shopware, Magento)
• Very good programming skills in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (e.g. React, Angular)
• You master the principles of UX/UI design and are familiar with A/B testing and data-driven optimizations
• Analytical thinking, a quick grasp and an agile way of working are among your strengths
• Routine in dealing with version management tools such as GIT
• Good knowledge of German, at least B2 level
• The ability to work in a team, a hands-on mentality and a sense of humor are important
