Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Shopify-focused Ecommerce Coordinator to own storefront merchandising, product setup, and QA. You will drive campaigns, manage product launches, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate site content.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Category, and Customer Experience while leveraging Asana for project workflows and delivering CRO-driven improvements. Remote role with PST-aligned hours.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with Shopify for storefront merchandising, QA, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.
• Comfortable owning a storefront independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience with Asana or similar project/workflow tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Category, and Customer Experience.
• Available to work core hours aligned with Pacific Time (PST).

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day administration of the Shopify storefront, including product setup and content updates.
• Configure and launch new products, bundles, subscriptions, and promotions.
• Manage navigation, search, visibility, and onsite merchandising.
• Coordinate homepage updates, seasonal campaigns, and featured placements.
• Ensure pricing, imagery, ingredients, reviews, and content are accurate.
• Retire discontinued products and manage redirects and site cleanup.
• QA every website update and launch before going live.
• Monitor site performance and troubleshoot broken links and merchandising gaps.
• Collaborate with developers/agencies on fixes and CRO testing initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end website deliverables for product launches and campaigns.
• Manage ecommerce workstreams in Asana, templates, workflows, and documentation.
• Track deliverables to keep projects on time and help build SOPs and best practices.
• Report on ecommerce metrics and surface insights for continuous improvement.
• Work with Senior Digital Commerce Manager and partner across Category, Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience.
