Mothersh1p is seeking a Director Strategic Projects to spearhead gaming initiatives across the group and accelerate business development. You will establish ties with key publishers, craft compelling pitches, and stay ahead of industry trends to win and retain top clients.

The role also leads group synergies and oversees collaborations with Gersh in LA and YouFirst in Madrid, while benefiting from an innovative, fast-growing environment and performance-based incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Business Development, preferably gaming.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience designing and implementing projects.
• Excellent communication abilities in pitches and oneto-one.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for gaming.
