M Mothersh1p sucht eine/n Director Strategic Projects (m/w/d) zur Leitung von Gaming-Initiativen über die Gruppe hinweg. Sie entwickeln strategische Pitches, akquirieren Top-Kunden und treiben neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten voran.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Gersh in Los Angeles sowie YouFirst in Madrid zusammen, um Gruppenprojekte zu koordinieren und Synergien effizient zu nutzen. Ein starkes Interesse an Gaming und mehrjährige BD-Erfahrung sind Voraussetzung.

We are now seeking a Director Strategic Projects (m/f/d) to spearhead gaming initiatives across the group and drive business development forward.

Aufgaben

• Establish contact with key gaming publishers.
• Develop comprehensive pitches for gaming clients.
• Stay up to date with gaming industry trends to attract and retain top clients.
• Lead initiatives for group synergies.
• Lead cooperation with Gersh in Los Angeles and YouFirst in Madrid.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing projects.
• Excellent communication abilities, both interpersonal and in pitches.
• High attention to detail.
• Passion for gaming.
