Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to steer a global supplier transfer program, building and guiding a diverse team across regions. You will establish a worldwide PMO, shape operating models, and drive organizational transformation while ensuring top-line delivery and governance.

You will champion Lean, data-driven decision making, and automation to boost efficiency, resilience, and growth across healthcare, regulated industries, and supply chains.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience leading supplier transfers, sourcing transformations, PMOs, or large-scale operational change initiatives preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a global team of approximately 30 employees across multiple regions.
• Establish and lead the Global Supplier Transfer PMO.
• Lead organizational transformation, capability building, and operating model development.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce development, and leadership coaching.
• Develop scalable supplier transfer processes, governance models, and operating mechanisms.
• Own portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Lead end-to-end supplier transfer programs through production readiness and stabilization.
• Partner with Engineering, Supplier Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Manufacturing, Service, Logistics, and Product Management functions.
• Drive project execution, milestone management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Leverage digital tools and automation to improve visibility, resource planning, and decision making.
• Establish KPI-driven governance, executive dashboards, and operating review mechanisms.
• Drive data-based decision making through portfolio reviews, visual management, and standardized reporting.
• Track and deliver outcomes related to cost, resiliency, supply continuity, capacity, and growth.
• Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement across the supplier transfer lifecycle.
• Lead process simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation initiatives.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and adoption of new ways of working.
• Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience in program management, sourcing, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or transformation organizations
• Proven success leading large global teams and developing high-performing organizations
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business results
• Experience building PMOs, governance frameworks, KPI systems, and executive dashboards
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, change management, and operating model evolution
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders in a global matrixed environment
• Master's degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience leading supplier transfers, sourcing transformations, PMOs, or large-scale operational change initiatives preferred
• Experience leading organizations of 25+ employees across multiple regions preferred
• Experience in talent management, organizational design, leadership development, and change management preferred
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred
• Experience using digital technologies, analytics, and automation to improve business performance preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
