What You’ll Do
  • Lead projects that prepare SMEs for sale, focusing on performance, efficiency, and strategic positioning
  • Analyze business operations and identify key value drivers
  • Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs across NRW
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver insights on exit readiness
  • Collaborate with internal deal teams and mentor junior consultants
Your Profile
  • Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or business consultancy
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with SME owners and leadership teams
  • Native German speaker with strong knowledge of regional business culture
  • Willing to travel across North Rhine-Westphalia
