The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.
To strengthen our presence in our markets, we are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Director Business Development (m/f/x).
This role focuses on strategic alignment, operational execution, and supporting local management in implementing regional and global strategies at the local level. We are seeking someone who thrives in a role that functions like an in-house consulting partner—combining strategic thinking with operational excellence and a strong ability to translate high-level direction into actionable initiatives.
