Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Digital Strategy & Customer Success Manager to lead the digital and AI strategy for Procurement, translating needs into strategic initiatives and measurable value. You will partner with internal customers and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and portfolio enhancements.

You will build strong relationships, gather insights, and ensure that strategic ambitions translate into sustainable business impact across the organization.

Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day As a Digital Strategy & Customer Success Manager (f/m/d), you drive the digital and AI strategy for Siemens Energy Procurement and ensure the delivery of measurable business value. You connect procurement needs with digital opportunities, translate them into strategic initiatives, and support their successful execution. Working closely with internal customers and cross-functional teams, you gather insights, monitor adoption, and continuously enhance the digital portfolio. You bridge strategy and execution to accelerate procurement transformation and customer success.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Shape and continuously evolve Procurement’s digital and AI strategy, translating business priorities, Procurement challenges, technology trends and customer needs into strategic priorities, target pictures and actionable roadmaps
• Connect strategic and operational Procurement with digital transformation, identifying opportunities where digital, AI and new ways of working can simplify processes, improve decisions and create measurable business value
• Drive strategic initiatives from concept toward execution, developing recommendations, business cases and decision papers and translating strategic priorities into pragmatic initiatives together with Procurement and DTO stakeholders
• Drive Customer Success for strategic digital initiatives and products, building strong relationships with internal customers, understanding their outcomes, challenges and emerging needs, and ensuring that strategic ambition translates into sustainable business value
• Use customer insights, adoption, business outcomes and market developments to challenge and improve our direction, creating a systematic feedback loop between Procurement reality, digital products, the portfolio and DTO strategy
• Collaborate across DTO and Procurement to connect strategy with execution, particularly with Transformation & Customer Success, Product Management, Rollout and other teams, ensuring alignment from strategic intent through adoption and value realization

What You Bring

• Extensive years of relevant experience in strategic and/or operational Procurement, with a strong understanding of Procurement processes, business priorities, user needs and the practical realities of a global Procurement organization
• Experience in digital strategy, business transformation, strategy consulting, product management, Customer Success or comparable strategic initiatives, ideally connecting strategy development with practical implementation
• Strong ability to bridge strategy and execution, translating complex strategic objectives, business requirements and digital opportunities into pragmatic roadmaps, initiatives and measurable outcomes
• Understanding of digital products, AI-enabled transformation and Customer Success, including how customer needs, adoption, feedback and value realization can inform product and strategic decisions
• Strong analytical and business capabilities, with experience structuring complex topics, developing business cases, management recommendations, KPIs and executive decision support
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in German and English, with the ability to connect Procurement, leadership, digital and technology stakeholders and build trusted relationships across organizational levels
