Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Digital Services Business Partner for Transformer Factories to bridge local stakeholders with global IT and Digital Services, driving strategic IT initiatives and measurable business value.

You will own end-to-end Digital Services projects, align with IT strategy, and ensure governance, security, and compliance across the site’s digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Several years of Digital/IT or Transformation experience in manufacturing.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Digital Services Business Partner (f/m/d) for Transformer Factories, you act as the key interface between local business stakeholders and Siemens Energy's global IT and Digital Services organizations. Your focus is on strategically evolving the site's digital and IT landscape, driving the implementation of digital and IT initiatives, and ensuring that these services deliver measurable business value.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor and Digital Connector between local stakeholders and all relevant IT and Digital Services functions
• Represent business priorities through a deep understanding of site requirements and the ability to translate them into effective IT and digital decisions
• Take end-to-end ownership of Digital Services initiatives, IT projects, and IT services at the site
• Align the site's digital and IT landscape with the Siemens Energy IT and Digital Strategy in collaboration with global Business Partners and the IT reference architecture
• Analyze, prioritize, and govern digital and IT demands, including business case development, investment justification, governance, and Go/No-Go decision-making
• Budget Management: Own and manage the site's Digital Services and IT budget, including planning, forecasting, cost control, investment prioritization, and ensuring optimal business value from digital and IT spending
• Driving Digitalization: Identify, develop, and implement digital solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational performance
• Security, Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Cyber Security and Information Security requirements, support audits and escalations, and drive compliance with standards such as ISO 27001
• Act as a Change & Transformation Agent for digital, IT, and harmonization initiatives across Siemens Energy

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in Digital, IT, Business Partnering, Consulting, or Digital Transformation roles within a complex industrial or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success in digital partnering and translating strategic business priorities into digital and IT roadmaps
• Strong experience in managing IT portfolios, and digitalization programs from concept through execution
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across business, IT, and operational organizations
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, industrial environments, or factory networks, with a solid understanding of production processes and operational challenges
• Strong financial acumen, including business case development, investment evaluation, budget ownership, value realization, and portfolio governance
• Experience in driving digitalization initiatives leveraging data, analytics, AI, Industrial Data Platforms, and OT/IT integration to improve operational performance
• Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001
