Zusammenfassung

A leading global orthodontic firm is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth and profit margins in Mid Germany (including Bremen). The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience managing a sales territory, with a strong background in the dental/ortho industry, particularly in digital workflows. Key responsibilities include providing product training and support to customers and achieving sales targets. Fluency in English and German is mandatory.

  • Experience with clear aligner systems and digital workflow preferred.
  • Strong IT literacy relevant to digital products.

Job Description

This is a Temporary role based in Mid Germany (Hamburg, Münster, Bremen, Flensburg, Dortmund, Essen) and is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide in depth training, education, onboarding and technical support to customers for Ormco’s digital portfolio suite.
  • Be seen as the technical expert for Ormco’s digital portfolio within the region. Provide training and support to the Ormco Field Team as needed.
  • Applies sales training policies and procedures to provide effective service to customers.
  • Demonstrates products in digital portfolio, using all necessary selling aids and clinically established techniques to emphasizing sellable features and benefits.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer.
Job Requirements
  • Prior experience with dental/ortho industry (clear aligner systems preferred) including understanding of digital workflow and manufacturing processes, is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience managing an outside sales territory.
  • Fluent English language skills and native German language skills.
  • Communication: Strong effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Tech savvy, fully IT literate (software and web) for all the products in our digital portfolio.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a team sales environment,
  • Orthodontic and digital experience highly preferred.
