Jobbeschreibung

• Lead the strategic direction, design, and implementation of associate technology at Humana, focused on Windows solutions
• Provide oversight of multiple systems and projects, including policy management, compliance, and automation across Windows operating systems, ConfigMgr, and Intune
• Implement business continuity and oversee and evaluate Windows device system security, privacy, new device solutions, and backup processes
• Grow Windows solutions across Humana’s lines of business, including Home Health and Primary Care
• Partner closely with Architecture, Product Management, Support Services, and Experience & Design
• Work with security teams and other platform teams to build cross-platform standards
• Attend occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

Requirements

• 5 years of Windows endpoint management leveraging Group Policy, ConfigMgr, or Intune
• 3 years experience implementing new technologies through Proof of Concepts/Values
• 2 years managing Edge browser using Group Policy, Intune, or Edge Management Service
• 3 years experience managing OEM hardware, BIOS, Drivers, and security configurations for Windows endpoints
• 3 years experience deploying Windows via Operating System Deployment, Windows Autopilot, or virtual platforms such as Hyper-V, eSX, or Windows 365/AVD
• 2 years performing automations via PowerShell, Python, or other automation languages
• Certification: MD-102 – Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (preferred)
• Certification: Nexthink Associate certification or above (preferred)
• Existing membership in Microsoft Customer Connection Program (CCP) for Management (preferred)
• Experience with automating using Microsoft Graph API (preferred)
• Experience with Windows roadmap, lifecycle, and new capability deployment (preferred)
• 3 years experience securing Windows endpoints by working closely with security teams (preferred)
• 2 years experience keeping aware of industry and vendor trends through reputable programs such as Gartner or Forrester (preferred)
• 2 years using automation platforms such as System Center Orchestrator, Azure Automation, Azure DevOps, or low-code automations with Power Platform (preferred)
• 2 years experience working closely with other platform teams such as Mac, Mobile, and Virtual to build cross-platform standards (preferred)
• 1 year using DEX tools such as Nexthink, Lakeside, or 1E (preferred)
• Must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Arlington, VA; Austin, TX; Dallas, TX; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Louisville, KY; Nashville, TN; Tampa, FL; or the New York City Metropolitan Area, NY
• Home work requires a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
• Home internet requirements include at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite, cellular, and microwave connections require leadership approval
