enmacc, Europe’s largest OTC trading platform for energy and environmental commodities, is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing professional to scale visibility among niche audiences in a fast-growing energy-tech space. You will harness AI-powered tools, develop GEO/AEO strategies, and drive LinkedIn campaigns in collaboration with content and product teams.

Your Mission

You are a hands-on growth marketer that will be the engine that grows our visibility with our target audience. You move beyond traditional marketing and can build growth models organically and with AI. Growing our engagement is what entices you,not by chasing clicks or being a spreadsheet marketer.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and Engage Our Community: You will focus on community-led growth, identifying and engaging with our target audiences where they are active. You will work with content teams to embrace the use of AI-powered creative tools to compress timeframes and drive automation.
• Master Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO): You will own our strategy for being found by LLM’s. This includes proactively identifying content gaps, conducting deep keyword and topic research, and liaising with our content and product teams to build our authority. You will manage our website's technical optimization, including implementing structured data, to ensure AI crawlers understand and cite our expertise.
• You will be responsible for our paid growth channels, and understand how to build, track and refine LinkedIn campaigns for niche markets.
• Drive AI Strategy & Literacy: You will be our filter for the ever-evolving AI landscape. You will test, evaluate, and implement new AI tools that give us a competitive edge. You will motivate the wider team to be part of this evolution.
• As part of a marketing team in a young high-growth company, you are agile and eager to flex into areas out of your domain to support the growth trajectory of the company.

Your Profile

• Domain experience in a growth marketing role, ideally from an agency, B2C, entertainment, gaming or journalistic professional environment.
• ABM Campaign Specialist: Experience running targeting high-value lists
• Performance Marketing: Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, specifically for niche commodities like GoOs, EUAs, and EFPs.
• Technical SEO & CRO: Ability to manage the website, landing pages, and "Book Demo" forms to improve conversion rates and organic search ranking.
• Experience in scheduling and posting native content on LinkedIn and how to build engagement and followers.
• Hands-on understanding of modern search principles, including technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and the emerging field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Experience with community-led growth and a passion for engaging with niche professional audiences online.
