Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Regional Business Manager to own the performance of automotive referral channels across dealer networks in the UK. You will train dealer sales teams on EV charging propositions, drive engagement programmes, and monitor referral journeys to ensure adherence to standards.

You will travel across the UK, conduct site audits, and report to the Sales Manager, identifying growth opportunities in new and used vehicle channels while collaborating with OEM teams and marketing.

Jobbeschreibung

• Own the ongoing health and performance of Pod's automotive referral channels across the existing dealer network
• Build strong relationships with dealer groups, OEM partners and individual retailer sites nationwide
• Support new dealer activations and own ongoing engagement and reactivation programmes
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual training for dealer sales teams on EV charging propositions and referral processes
• Monitor and improve referral journey execution and adherence to agreed standards
• Conduct dealership visits, performance reviews and site audits
• Assess activity levels, referral performance, point-of-sale materials and customer journeys
• Identify commercial growth opportunities across new, used and demonstrator vehicle sales channels
• Analyse referral trends and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with Automotive Partnerships, OEM account teams, Sales Operations and Marketing
• Report to the Sales Manager

Requirements

• Significant experience working within automotive retail, OEM programmes or dealer performance environments
• Proven track record of influencing frontline sales teams, coaching process adoption and driving measurable improvements in performance
• Experience managing relationships across multiple locations and engaging sales executives, dealer principals and OEM representatives
• Ability to identify underperformance, diagnose root causes and implement practical solutions
• Commercial awareness of how dealer businesses operate
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable travelling extensively across the UK
• Full UK driving licence required
• Legal right to work in the UK required
• OEM programme experience is an added bonus
• F&I, product penetration or ancillary revenue experience is an added bonus
• Regional Business Manager experience is an added bonus
• EV industry knowledge is an added bonus
