Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own our national automotive field-services program. You will lead regional Team Leaders and field consultants, serve as the primary client liaison, and establish daily cadences including huddles, escalations, and follow-through.

You will set priorities, drive program performance, coordinate resources, and report to executive management. This role requires travel to client sites and strong LEAN/process-automation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day delivery of the national automotive field-services program
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable regional Team Leaders and field consultants
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage day-to-day delivery
• Establish daily operating cadence including huddles, escalation reviews, and follow-through

• Coordinate communication, manage resources, and report to executive management
• Create and execute project work plans and revise them as needed
• Track deliverables, issues, risks, and action items to closure
• Manage data accuracy, timeliness, and work-product quality; execute QA and peer-review processes
• Partner with data analytics/BI to translate reporting into field-level action
• Collaborate with client teams to meet financial and customer-satisfaction goals
• Estimate resourcing and staffing needs
• Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations
• Monitor objectives and provide constructive performance feedback
• Develop processes and measures to drive performance and apply LEAN principles
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain field personnel
• Manage contractual compliance and support transition/stabilization phases
• Provide regular financial and program reviews to client and MSX senior management
• Travel frequently and on demand to client and field locations

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project and/or program management
• Track record of delivering on complex, performance-driven programs
• Experience working within, influencing within, and networking within a matrix environment
• Conversant with project management methodologies
• Professional analytics experience necessary to identify opportunities, trends, and anomalies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Team-building and participative management skills
• Self-starter able to work under minimal supervision
• High level of proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or minimum 5 years equivalent experience
• Expertise in dealership operations and/or automotive field services
• Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology
• Prior program management experience required
• Professional-level communication in English and any other languages required by the project client
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Power Apps
• Comfortable interpreting dashboards and reporting to guide team priorities
• Ability to execute reporting, group facilitation, coaching, and product/deliverable delivery
• Ability to formulate business decisions using logical reasoning and provide solution-based outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to operate successfully with limited management oversight
• Physical ability for multi-day travel, extended activity during meetings and field visits, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
