About The Role

Enetec Plastics GmbH is looking for a full-time Order Processing / Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to join its team in Kleve as soon as possible. In this role, you will serve as an important connection between customers and production, helping turn customer orders into reliably planned, manufactured, and delivered shipments. You will coordinate with colleagues across the business and keep orders moving from receipt through invoicing. The role suits someone who enjoys organizing, communicating with customers, and taking ownership of multiple timelines and processes. You will work closely with departments including production planning, manufacturing, warehouse, purchasing, and sales, as well as with customers and external business partners.

Qualifications

You will ideally bring a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in order processing, inside sales, customer service, or a related commercial function. Confidence using Microsoft Office is expected. Experience with an ERP system is an advantage, particularly Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Because Enetec works with international partners, good written and spoken English is important. An interest in technical and industrial products, plus the ability to understand technical information, will help you succeed. You are structured, dependable, and able to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member. You enjoy communicating with customers and working with colleagues across different business areas.

Responsibilities

Review and enter customer orders, then manage each order through to invoicing. Coordinate delivery dates and align plans with production planning, manufacturing, the warehouse, purchasing, and sales. Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and other business partners. Monitor deadlines, quantities, and order progress, and respond constructively when plans change or issues arise. Maintain a dependable flow of information between customers and internal teams so that everyone involved has the details needed to act. Contribute your experience and ideas to the ongoing improvement of workflows and processes. Take responsibility for your work while collaborating with colleagues through direct, efficient communication.
