Aufgaben

• Technische und kommerzielle Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Koordination von Kundenforderungen, Angeboten und internen Prozessen.
• Projektkoordination als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Engineering, Design, Einkauf, Produktion und PM.
• Termine, Meilensteine, Änderungsanträge und vollständige Projektdokumentation steuern.
• Unterstützung bei Abnahme, technischen Freigaben und kontinuierlicher Optimierung von Abläufen.

As a Specialist in Project Planning & Scheduling, you support our customers throughout the entire product and project lifecycle. You take responsibility for technical order processing, coordinate change and clarification processes, and serve as the point of contact for service, complaint, and modernization issues after project completion.

• Responsibility for technical and commercial order processing, including coordinating customer requirements, quotations, and internal processes
• Project coordination as the interface between customers, sales, engineering, design, purchasing, production, and project management
• Management of deadlines, milestones, change requests, and ensuring complete project documentation
• Support during customer acceptance testing, technical approvals, and the continuous optimization of workflows and processes
• Responsibility for after-sales management, including handling complaints, warranty claims, and service issues
• Handling customer inquiries and creating and following up on quotations for spare parts, repairs, and services
