Juit is seeking a (Senior) CRM Manager to lead our CRM and lifecycle strategy from our Berlin office. You will design and optimize customer journeys, automate campaigns, and own the CRM roadmap with a strong emphasis on personalization and segmentation.

As a (Senior) CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the Marketing team and serve as a link to our community. You will foster ongoing contact, offer inspiration and create initiatives to maintain close relationships with our customers.

You continuously develop and optimize our CRM and lifecycle strategy. You build scalable customer journeys and automations and continue to develop them. You are responsible for the CRM roadmap and drive forward our personalization and segmentation strategy. You develop new CRM initiatives to increase retention, customer lifetime value and loyalty. You work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, BI and Tech) to continuously optimize the customer experience. You establish a data-driven testing and experimentation culture in CRM.

You think in a data-driven way, can design analyses and turn the resulting insights directly into business decisions and campaign optimization. You are skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing several projects simultaneously. You work efficiently and independently, while also being a strong team player. You are open to feedback and consistently focus on results. Your communication skills in German and English are excellent. You know how to coordinate seamlessly with other teams to optimize the CRM strategy and all marketing activities.
