Job description

Job description

mobile.de is Germany’s largest vehicle marketplace, with more than 1.6 million listed cars, commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and e-bikes (annual average 2025). Both private customers and registered vehicle dealers use the platform and benefit from more than 140 million visits per month*. As a “one-stop shop,” mobile.de’s offering includes not only buying and selling, but also financing and leasing solutions. Founded in 1996, the company is a subsidiary of Adevinta, a global leader in online classified portals.

Based in Berlin-Charlottenburg, we offer a dynamic environment where growth, learning, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do. If you are driven by an eagerness to disrupt, have a passion for collaboration, and are excited about shaping the future of mobility, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do & Who You Are

You will join mobile.de's growing CRM team. In this role, you will shape the CRM strategy for your assigned B2C business areas and bring it to life: developing relevant, data-driven customer journeys for private customers and translating business priorities into effective campaigns that customers notice and value. You will be the driving force behind your campaigns and responsible for the whole process from A to Z: from the first idea and concept, through planning and briefing, to launch, performance analysis and optimisation. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, Analytics and external partners, who will support you with the technical set-up where needed.

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • Several years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or a closely related role, with a track record of owning campaigns end to end.
  • Proven experience developing CRM campaign strategies, customer segments and multi-channel journeys that support customer engagement, retention and conversion.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills: you can build trust, align different perspectives, navigate complexity and influence without relying on formal authority.
  • A structured, collaborative approach and the ability to manage several initiatives and partners in parallel.
  • Business-fluent English.
Nice to have
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable CRM marketing automation platform.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and the ability to query customer and campaign data; familiarity with AMPscript or comparable scripting.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms, such as Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience with creating AI skills, agents or workflows that boost team efficiency by automating recurring tasks.
  • Experience in a digital marketplace or similar complex structures where B2B and B2C businesses are combined.
  • German language skills.
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organisation and in steering agencies.
Job responsibilities
