MONDRIAN:LABS in Berlin is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and optimize Klaviyo flows for SHYNE and Pomélo+Co, communicating with customers in our online shop. You will work in the Growth team with our CRM Manager and report to the Head of Growth.

You will manage lifecycle campaigns across Germany, France, and Italy, continuously test and optimize campaigns, and report on key CRM metrics like repeat purchases and CLV.

Formación

• Experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing at a B2C, D2C, or e-commerce brand.
• Confident using Klaviyo or a comparable B2C tool.
• Have set up automations and flows yourself, not just newsletters.
• Able to think in tests and numbers and explain results clearly.
• Have brand sense and tone of voice for beauty emails.
• Structured, independent work style with collaboration across design, content, and performance marketing.
• German fluency at C1 level and English at C1 level; German campaigns essential.

Описание: Do you know how to turn a first order into a loyal customer? Do you build flows in Klaviyo, test subject lines and offers, and then look at the numbers? Then we’re looking for you. We are MONDRIAN:LABS, the company behind two haircare brands from Berlin: SHYNE (premium hair color) and Pomélo+Co. (high-performance haircare). Both brands have a loyal D2C community and are listed at retailers including dm, Rossmann, Boots, and Bipa. As CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with our end customers in the online shop for both brands. You will work in the Growth team with our CRM Manager and report to our Head of Growth.

• You plan, build, and optimize lifecycle flows in Klaviyo: Welcome, Post-Purchase, Replenishment, Win-back, and Browse/Cart Abandonment.
• You implement campaigns for product launches, sales periods, and seasonal promotions, from briefing through to sending.

• You continuously test subject lines, content, offers, and timing, evaluate the results, and derive optimizations from them.
• You keep deliverability and list quality in view.

• You further develop loyalty initiatives and customer surveys.
• You manage communications in several markets, including Germany, France, and Italy.
• You regularly report on the key metrics: repeat purchase rate, Customer Lifetime Value, revenue from CRM, open rates, and click-through rates.

• You have professional experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing at a B2C, D2C, or e-commerce brand, ideally in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury.
• You are confident using Klaviyo or a comparable B2C tool.
• You have set up automations and flows yourself, not just sent newsletters.
• You think in terms of tests and numbers and can explain results clearly.
• You have a feel for brands and tone of voice and know what makes a good beauty email.
• You work in a structured and independent way and enjoy collaborating with design, content, and performance marketing.
• You speak German at a native or business-fluent level (at least C1) and English at the same level.
• This is essential because you will be responsible for campaigns in German and our team languages are German and English.
