• Assist with the validation of claims and identification of rejections, denials, and processing errors.
• Document implementation activities, workflows, decisions, and system configurations.
• Communicate with customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress throughout implementations.
• Monitor implementation milestones and support project deliverables to help ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support data-driven decisions, and optimize implementation results.
• Stay current on industry trends, healthcare technology advancements, and revenue cycle best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation.

• Experience with system implementation, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare operations
