Jobtailor is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead CRM and ERP software implementations for a diverse set of clients. You will work across functional and technical groups, document requirements, and ensure timely delivery using Best Practices Playbooks.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or software implementation.
• 2+ years as an Implementation Consultant acting as a billable resource with a utilization target.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Ability and availability for travel up to 40% to customer sites for face-to-face meetings, as requested by the customer.
• Self-motivated and able to perform independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and deliver highly complex information in a polished, precise, and compelling manner.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and involve others when necessary to accomplish individual and group goals.
• Time management skills.
• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus.
• Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience preferred but not required.
• Residency in eligible U.S. states; CA and other states with pay transparency laws may not be considered.
