Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a clinic-facing Training and Solutions Consultant specializing in clinical treatment planning and radiation oncology workflows. You will demo, install, and train clinics on Radformation’s automation tools, collaborate with the EMEA sales team, develop training materials, and gather feedback to improve product safety and patient care.

Travel up to 15% across the EMEA region; fluent English required and Italian and/or German desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience of clinical treatment planning.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for excellence in patient care.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Fluent in Italian and/or German, both written and spoken.
• Master of treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflow.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Up to 15% travel.
• Preferred: 5 years experience of clinical treatment planning.
• Preferred: Teaching experience in treatment planning.
• Preferred: Customer success experience.
• Preferred: Fluent in French or Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Work with clinics to understand their issues and provide solutions independently and/or with the programming team.
• Work with the EMEA sales team to demonstrate software to prospective customers and train newly installed clinics.
• Proactively check in with current customers to hear feedback and share new features.
• Host webinars to answer clinics’ questions and highlight features.
• Develop training materials for clinics.
• Collaborate with clinics on research projects and recruit reference sites with the EMEA sales team.
• Attend congresses and on‑site meetings to demonstrate the software and meet clinicians.
• Mentor clinics in establishing efficient workflows and improving clinical safety.
• Develop relationships with clinics and incorporate feedback into product development.
