Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a CRM Administrator to own and optimize HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho CRM for a UK operation, while coordinating with a South African team. You will manage data quality, deduplication, workflows and dashboards, and support user setup and permissions from home.

You will document CRM processes, integrate tools via Zapier, and help nurture leads with lifecycle stages and lead scoring. Excellent communication is essential to train non-technical users across continents.

Qualifikationen

• Experience administering a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho.
• Confident building workflows, lists and dashboards.
• Strong data hygiene habits including deduplication and validation.
• Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for imports and audits.
• Able to explain CRM processes clearly to non-technical users.
• Exposure to marketing automation or email platforms.
• Understanding of lead scoring or lifecycle stages.
• Experience with integration tools such as Zapier.
