Job summary

FRASER is an independent creative agency with teams across Berlin, Zurich, Cape Town and Dubai. We are seeking a Creative Director with a strong background in Art Direction to shape the creative vision for fashion, beauty and premium brands.

You will lead visual storytelling across channels, oversee production from concept to final delivery, and inspire global teams. The role offers a collaborative environment, flexible hours, and opportunities to influence the agency's growth.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Art Direction and Creative Direction in leading agencies.
• Strong portfolio with established premium, luxury, fashion or beauty brand experience.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and conceptual skills beyond traditional campaigns.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing senior client relationships.
• AI-literate with curiosity for emerging technologies.

As Creative Director with a strong background in Art Direction, you will shape the creative vision for brands across the fashion, beauty and premium sectors. You combine exceptional visual sensibility with strong conceptual thinking to develop distinctive creative work across channels, from initial idea to final production.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and art direction of campaigns and brand projects.
• Develop distinctive visual concepts and storytelling across channels and formats.
• Oversee projects from concept and presentation through production and final delivery.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams across different levels and geographies.
• Drive high-quality productions across photography, film and dynamic media.
• Collaborate closely with Copywriters, senior leadership and clients to deliver outstanding creative work.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI to push creative possibilities.

Your profile

• 8–10+ years of experience in Art Direction and Creative Direction, ideally within leading creative or advertising agencies.
• A strong portfolio with proven experience working for established premium, luxury, fashion or beauty brands. Experience in these sectors is essential.
• Exceptional visual storytelling, design and conceptual skills, with the ability to think beyond traditional advertising campaigns.
• Experience building distinctive creative work for established brands at scale, not just through one-off projects.
• Strong production expertise across photography, film and dynamic media.
• Experience leading creative teams and managing senior client relationships.
• AI-literate, with curiosity for emerging technologies and new creative possibilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills, with a genuine passion for creating beautiful, meaningful work.
