Job summary

Jung von Matt AG in Hamburg is seeking a senior creative leader to steer the overall creative quality and direction across projects, teams and accounts. You will translate challenges into compelling concepts and guide decision-making with clients and leadership groups.

You will oversee productions, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and develop team structures and processes while mentoring talent and driving innovation by spotting cultural and technological trends.
