You will take on a pivotal creative role leading the buildup and creative operations of the Social Media team with global responsibility

You will play a defining role in shaping the overall creative signature of the FRASER social media offering

You lead the creative vision and output for social media campaigns across a portfolio of clients

You concept, develop, and oversee the execution of social-first creative ideas from brief through to delivery

You provide creative direction and mentorship to the social creative team, elevating the quality and ambition of the work, while also partnering with the wider creative community of the agency

You collaborate closely with strategy, production, and social media teams to ensure creative ideas are both inspired and executable

You present and sell creative concepts confidently to clients, building trust and long-term creative partnerships

You stay ahead of creative trends, platform innovation, and cultural moments, bringing fresh thinking to the agency and its clients

You contribute to new business pitches and help grow FRASER's creative reputation in the market

Your profile

You have at least 9 years of experience in creative roles within advertising agencies, with a minimum of 5 years in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership position in a Social first environment

You have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative output across social media platforms and digital campaigns

You have deep platform fluency across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter) and understand what makes content perform on each

You are a visionary creative thinker who can translate brand strategy into compelling, culturally relevant social content and you can present the case for any solution

You have experience leading and inspiring creative teams, providing clear direction and constructive feedback

You are highly collaborative and comfortable working across disciplines including strategy, production, and account management

You have a sharp eye for trends, aesthetics, and emerging creative formats

Confident use of common AI tools for creating images, videos, and animations, including critical evaluation and optimization of results
