ABOUT YOU SE & Co. KG in Hamburg sucht eine/n Art Director zur Weiterentwicklung des Markenauftritts und der kreativen Kampagnen.

Sie leiten Projekte von der Ideenentwicklung bis zur Produktion und arbeiten eng mit internen Teams sowie externen Kreativen zusammen, um konsistente visuelle Konzepte zu schaffen. Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Art Direction und kreativer Strategie, ein starkes Portfolio in Fashion/Lifestyle und sichere Kenntnisse in der Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Art Direction und kreativer Strategie in Mode-, Lifestyle-Brands oder Agenturen/ Studios.
• Starkes Portfolio mit Kampagnen- und Art-Direction-Arbeiten in Digital-, Print- und Produktanwendungen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite.
• Gutes visuelles Gespür und Verständnis für Fashion-Trends.
• Konzeptionelles Denken und Umsetzung auf hohem Niveau.
• Ausdrucksstarke Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Konzeptionieren und Entwickeln des Brand-Looks, visueller Richtungen.
• Kreative Kampagnen von Ideen bis Produktion und Postproduktion leiten.
• Art-Direction von Shootings, inkl. Moodboards, Styling-Referenzen und On-Set Direction.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Kreativen (Produzenten, Fotografen, Stylisten).
• Entwicklung eines tieferen Verständnisses der DNA, Positionierung und Zielgruppe jeder Marke.
• Beiträge zur Definition von Strategie und langfristiger kreativer Richtung.
• Trends in Mode, Design und Kultur beobachten und frische, relevante Perspektiven einbringen.

Job Description

• Conceptualize and develop brand look & feel and seasonal visual directions
• Lead and execute creative campaigns, from ideation to production and post production.
• Art direct shoots, including styling references, mood boards, and on-set direction
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external creatives (producers, photographers, stylists, etc.)
• Develop a strong understanding of each brand’s DNA, positioning, and audience
• Contribute to and help define strategy and long-term creative direction
• Stay ahead of trends in fashion, design, and culture, bringing fresh and relevant perspectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in art direction & creative strategy, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or creative agencies/studios
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign and art direction work & experience across digital, print, and product applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands‑on experience with creative AI tools (e.g., image generation, editing, ideation)
• Excellent visual taste and a deep understanding of fashion aesthetics and trends
• Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high level
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
