FRASER in Berlin is seeking a strategic consultant to guide global brands through innovative thinking and collaboration. In this role, you will analyze trends, develop communication strategies, and mentor junior staff.

You will help assure that our thinking and strategic consulting is not just on track but superb

Collaborating with our senior leaders and key clients you will be able to prove your strategic abilities on a daily basis

Analyze and evaluate trends, developments, and data to derive the most valuable insights for our clients

Ensure the best possible implementation and optimization of your strategies in close collaboration with other departments

Develop brand and communication strategies for both existing and new business clients

Define insights based on qualitative and quantitative audience analysis

Evaluate and challenge client briefs, and define project scope

Create creative briefs

Take the strategic lead on pitches and new business projects

Develop case studies and submit award entries

Act as a mentor and sparring partner to junior strategists

Your profile

Master’s degree in a relevant field pertaining to social and/or economic studies

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an agency or consultancy with a focus on brand and communication strategy

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

Strong analytical thinking and structured, methodical approach

Excellent ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively

Familiarity with common tools and techniques for synthesizing information

Proven track record in developing strategic, creative, integrated campaigns

Ability to create and deliver engaging, high-quality presentations
