Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned leader to head the Traka DACH organisation. You will guide technical and operational teams, drive cross-functional collaboration across Business Development, Support, Service and PM, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of related domains, and fluency in German and English. Travel across the DACH region and beyond may be part of the job.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering or business-related field.
• Several years of leadership experience within a technical B2B environment.
• Strong technical understanding, ideally in electronic security, access control or building automation.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex customer implementation projects.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical and operational solutions.

• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, resource planning and capacity management.
• Collaborate with EMEIA teams across Product Management, Technical Support, Operations and other functions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational and organisational matters within the DACH region.

• Structured, pragmatic and hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region and internationally as required
