Your tasks

Are you eager to comprehensively support enterprise customers and generate new business? As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be part of our Consulting & Professional Services department. What drives us are enthusiastic customers who solve their individual, business-critical challenges through the implementation of our software product cplace. In your role, you are a result-driven achiever who ensures that our key customers get the most value from our product and service portfolio.

  • Working closely with the sales team, you provide comprehensive support to one of our key accounts, creating tangible value for both parties
  • You guide our customers throughout the entire life cycle - from the sales process to implementation and into the operational phase
  • If needed, you identify further business opportunities and generate additional product and service revenue
  • You establish stable relationships with important stakeholders on equal footing, understand their needs and priorities, and ensure the best possible customer experience, thus generating widespread acceptance of the cplace platform
  • You responsible for the definition, planning and implementation of the account strategy for the use of the cplace product portfolio, including budget planning and control
  • You coach our Solution Consultants and Project Managers to deliver the best possible results for our customers as an account team
What we expect
  • At least ten years of professional and leadership experience in project management and enterprise software implementation
  • Experience in custom application development and a proven track record of delivering software projects and leading teams
  • Experience in account planning and implementation, and driving service revenue, utilization, and margins (P&L) for your customer
  • An understanding of your customer's needs and challenges, coupled with compassion for the environment and the DNA of the industry
  • Ideally, experience in the automotive, aerospace or pharmaceutical industries
  • Fluent in both German and English
