Overview

Are you ready to build on your first hands-on experience in controlling and grow in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a proactive controller (m/f/d) who is eager to deepen their expertise in cost controlling, budgeting, and financial analysis. This is a permanent, full-time position based at the HQ of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.

Your Tasks
  • Cost controlling: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, conduction of variance analysis and identification of cost-saving opportunities
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: support the Business Partners Controlling with COGM calculation as well as the steering collection of production details
  • Closings: preparation of WIP booking, calculation of COGS by crop for quarterly closing, and inventory management (limited scope)
  • Master data: maintenance of master data in accordance with established steering models
  • Collaboration and communication: collaborating with international production and controlling colleagues to ensure cost control governance
Your Profile
  • Completed master’s degree in economics, business administration, agricultural economics, or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience – demonstrated through internships, student work, etc. – in (production) controlling and/or finance, ideally in an international environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel – experience with SAP R3, S/4HANA, and Business Warehouse is advantageous
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Structured, goal-oriented working style combined with good organizational skills and high self-motivation
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Team player
  • A very good command of English; German language skills are an asset
