As Data Migration Specialist, you will coordinate and support customer projects related to data migrations. You will be in direct contact with our customers—primarily law firms—and manage the entire process from planning and preparation through implementation and follow-up. By working closely with internal departments, you will ensure a structured workflow and the successful execution of each migration.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in customer consulting or advisory roles, ideally with a focus on data management
• Ideally, you already have strong skills in working with data, ERP systems, and large databases
• Successfully completed vocational training in IT or a degree in Business Informatics (or a comparable qualification)
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site customer visits

Your mission

• Supporting and carrying out data migrations: You help our customers migrate their existing data smoothly into our STP software products – from the initial coordination through to a successful go‑live.
• Direct communication with customers: You’re not just working behind the scenes – you stay in close contact with law firms via email and phone to coordinate the migration process effectively.
• End‑to‑end project coordination: From kick‑off to final handover, you manage the migration together with our customers and internal teams.
• Monitoring and controlling your own projects: You keep track of your projects’ progress and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Team collaboration:You work closely with customers and colleagues to develop tailored solutions.
• Technical adjustments and development of migration logic: If you already have experience with C# and MS SQL, you can hit the ground running – if not, we’ll be happy to teach you!

The focus of this role is clearly on direct customer interaction and the management of data migration projects. Programming skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
