Your mission

• CRM Management & Salesforce: You will analyze, design and implement solutions in the CRM environment with a strong focus on the automation and extension of the Salesforce platform.
• Business Process Excellence: You will capture, model and optimize complex business processes for our clients to increase efficiency and value creation.
• Integrate End-to-End (E2E): Processes across entire system landscapes.
• Future Technologies: You will actively apply concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop new smart solutions for our clients.
• Data‑Driven Consulting: You will utilize data analysis to derive well‑founded recommendations for the strategic direction of our client projects while ensuring the highest level of data quality.
