Job summary

First Point Group is seeking an Area General Manager for Germany to oversee a portfolio of mission-critical data centre facilities in Germany. This senior leadership role covers operational performance, P&L management, customer satisfaction, team leadership, compliance, and growth within a high-profile data centre environment.

Based in Frankfurt, you will drive service delivery, maintain QHSE standards, and lead contract management and technical teams while fostering enterprise and hyperscale

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data centre operations, managed services, or critical facilities.
• Proven leadership managing multi-site teams and large customer contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Technical understanding of M&E infrastructure in data centres.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills.
• Fluent English and German preferred.
