Client Partner (m / f / d) – Leadership Advisory

Location: NRW / Home Office

Responsibilities
  • Provides excellent account management service to key strategic accounts, proactively monitoring existing revenue activity and demonstrating understanding of people issues in client’s business to successfully convert training needs into business
  • Negotiates successful conclusions to major business development opportunities, building strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and presenting confidently to senior HR and business leaders
  • Follows up sales leads, identifying opportunities to develop effective partnerships with clients and closes sale
  • Proactively identifies and generates new lead opportunities and prospects
  • Works to demonstrate payback to client’s business from the offered solutions
Skills / Experience
  • Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience in HR service or training industry
  • Ability to understand business context and articulate solutions to HR professionals and business leaders
  • Skilled at influencing senior decision makers and presenting at board level
  • Professional appearance, able to represent company at major events and exhibitions
  • Fluency in German and English
