Berg Group, a leading player in ed-tech solutions, is seeking a high-potential professional to join our executive track. You will work closely with our CXO/CTO, plan and execute strategic initiatives across markets, and drive cross-functional projects like Process Automation and Data Analytics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report directly to CXO/CTO; act as a forum for leaders to shape divisions.
• Collaborate with C-level and senior management on projects (Process Automation, Data Analytics, Operational Efficiency, Org Building).
• Drive initiatives during international expansion and ensure best-in-class student experience.
• Support cross-department collaboration and help scale platform services; take interim ownership on strategic projects.
• Organize and manage OKRs, board meetings, and other strategic discussions.

What You Will Do

• You will be reporting directly to our CXO & CTO. This position serves as an exclusive forum for individuals aspiring to excel in a position to lead divisions. It offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the main projects and strategic decisions of our organization across markets, fostering accelerated professional growth and paving the way for future leadership responsibilities
• You will work closely with our C-level and senior management on a variety of exciting projects and tasks that you plan, coordinate, and implement independently (e.g. Process Automation, Data Analytics, Operational Efficiency, Org Building)
• You drive initiatives that contribute to the companys success throughout our international expansion phase and beyond, while ensuring that we deliver a best-in-class customer experience to our students
• You act as the go-to person for cross-departmental collaboration and support our senior leadership in scaling our platform services while taking (interim)-ownership over strategically important projects whenever needed
• In your role, you will support us in organizing and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), board meetings and other strategic discussions
